At 3 Star Industries, we pride ourselves on delivering premium UTV accessories made in the USA with precision, care, and customer satisfaction in mind. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Many of our products are handcrafted to order. Depending on our order volume, lead times can vary. Please refer to the top of our website pages for current manufacturing lead times.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping: All products on our website ship free to the contiguous United States.

  • We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx.

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and shipping method.

  • While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, carrier delays may occur beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally and charge the actual quoted cost from the carrier.

  • All duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

  • UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these shipments.

  • We do ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS; delivery times may be longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damage to assist with filing a claim.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production timelines and warehouse locations. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
