The door kit for the Polaris Ranger 570 is part of our modular cab system.  Each section of the modular cab system, windshield, top, back panel, and doors work together or can be installed alone.  So modular design means you have coverage options for the protection you need.

FEATURES:

  • Made using an acrylic-coated 100% woven polyester fabric (1000 denier) with a proprietary process that coats both the top and bottom.  Our fabrics are characterized by excellent strength, durability, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, UV and mildew resistance.
  • Windows are manufactured from 30-gauge double-polished smoked vinyl.  The vinyl windows are UV treated and built for the outdoors.  Our vinyl windows are very durable, flexible and waterproof with a cold crack rating of -40F.
  • Doors open and close using the strongest zippers in the industry made by YKK.  YKK zippers are made using state-of-the art techniques that offer cross-wise strength thats unmatched in the industry.
  • High tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns make up the marine sewing thread used throughout construction.
  • Designed and proudly made in the USA.
  • Comes with everything needed for installation, including self-adhesive hook (Velcro), care and installation instructions.

What a great product!

The doors were very easy to install took a little bit of time, but overall they were very easy to install. I had a few questions so I was able to reach out to customer support and they were amazingly fast at responding and got the issues taken care of immediately.

It didn’t fit my Ranger as it said it would. It was to big about 8 inches to wide. The sticky Velcro didn’t stick very well either. I had to modify it a lot using self tapping screws and cutting the top off as it was to wide. The sides fit great and the doors and windows work very well. Overall it’s great it just took a fair amount of modification.

It fit after we made an adjustment.

We had to tuck more of the forward edge of the doors under the front fender plastic fairing piece, but there adjustments hold the doors even more tightly.

The quality of the zippers is fine. I only hope the velcro tape holds to the plastic Ranger frame in this weather!

Over all I'm very happy with this purchase.

Fits perfectly on my rig and looks amazing. Material is of great quality and didn't take very long to install. Definitely recommend for upcoming winter. 🥶❄️
