I ordered a spare tire mount for my 2025 Polaris XP 1000 Northstar Ultimate. When it arrived, it was the wrong mount. I contacted 3 Star and
Amanda Pollitt took my information, recorded what the problem was, and contacted the distributor immediately. Amanada not only got them to send me the correct part but got the distributor to send it 2 day delivery. I needed the mount for my hunting trip in Montana the following week. It arrived just as Amanda said it would and it was exactly what I wanted and it was assembled within 15 minutes. It works perfectly for my needs. Thanks 3 Star, and thank you for employing such a great asset to your company. Amanda kept me informed the entire time which is unheard of these days.
I had ordered a set of CFmoto soft upper doors. The order came with free shipping and they arrived really fast. They installed fairly easily and fit great. Went out riding this weekend up in the Blue Mts of eastern OR, in November! We stayed nice and warm and dry. Great product.

Great fit after minor modifications. No fault of 3 Star, my machine is a 2017 and 3 Star advertised 2018.
The only problem was that the instructions said to put the Velcro too low on the frame of the unit in the back. Straps wouldn’t reach measure for yourself and don’t trust their instructions.
Very impressed with the 3 Star products and company. I have bought several items all are excellent quality and arrive quickly. Thanks so much.
